Steven Tyler's shower spill: He had food poisoning!

Don't worry, Steven Tyler fans -- despite tonight's concert being canceled due to a fall he took in the shower today, he's going to be okay. His ginormous smile, however, may need a little bit of adjustment.

TMZ reports that Tyler was suffering from dehydration when he collapsed in the tub, but it wasn't from a brutal hangover, as one might expect. His rep confirms that he has stricken by food poisoning.

Tonight's concert in Paraguay has been rescheduled for tomorrow. No word on whether his two missing teeth will be replaced by then... but we sort of hope they aren't. Nothing screams "rock star" like toothlessness.
