Steven Tyler: Dude fell in the shower

Aerosmith frontman/"American Idol" judge Steven Tyler spent three hours in a Paraguay hospital thanks to a "nasty fall" in a hotel shower.

The rocker, who was in Asuncion to front an Aerosmith concert, was treated for cuts near his eyebrow and mouth. According to Reuters, he also lost two teeth in the fall, but is now back at the hotel resting.

The concert has been rescheduled for Wednesday when, in true rockstar-like fashion, Tyler will totally play hurt.

In 2009, Tyler was slightly injured when he fell off of a stage at the Sturgis Motorcycle Rally in South Dakota. In 2010, he again took a tumble from stage. Uninjured, he popped up and yelled to the crowd, "It ain't gonna happen again!"
