Sara Evans gets restraining order against ex Craig Schleske: Custody battle gets ugly

Country singer Sara Evans has been embroiled in a bitter custody battle with her ex-husband, Craig Schelske, and now she's secured a restraining order that blocks him from publicly discussing details of their marriage, their custody agreement, and their divorce.

Schleske lost custody of their three children, blaming it on Evans painting him as a porn-addicted adulterer in the courts. He discussed the situation on Anderson Cooper's talk show, which fueled Evans to seek the restraining order. "This is a violation of his First Amendment rights, and he won't take it lying down," a source tells TMZ.

Evans, on the other hand, accuses Schleske of maintaining an environment in which underage drinking is encouraged. Their children are twelve, eight, and seven years old. They live with Evans, her husband Jay Barker, and his four children.

Evans and Schleske were married for 13 years. They called it quits in 2006. Evans maintains that Schleske's appearance on Cooper's show "caused and will continue to cause irreparable harm to the children."
