Rihanna named Esquire's 'Sexiest Woman Alive'

Esquire magazine has just named their "Sexiest Woman Alive." And the distinction goes to R&B singer Rihanna.

The multi-platinum artist is known for her racy stage shows, something certainly exemplified since releasing her third album "Good Girl Gone Bad."

This isn't the only list that has recognized Rihanna's appeal. She's been on Maxim's Hot 100 list every year since 2007, Glamour magazine's 50 Most Glamorous in 2008 and People's 10 Best Dressed in 2008.

This is the eighth time Esquire has given out this prize. Previous winners include Angelina Jolie, Charlize Theron and Halle Berry.
