Lindsay Lohan may reportedly get up to a year and a half in jail

TMZ is reporting that Lindsay Lohan, who is due back in court Wednesday (Oct. 19), could receive up to a year and a half behind bars, if Judge Stephanie Sautner rules that Lohan violated her probation.

Apparently figuring out the total amount of jail time is complicated due to the fact that Lohan has had so many court cases - shoplifting, DUIs, etc. And the judge will want to know why Lohan didn't show up nine times to her court-appointed community service at a women's center and why she didn't meet with a therapist like she was also supposed to, as mandated by the court.

TMZ says Lohan was kicked out of the women's center due to problems and was reassigned to the Red Cross. They also say Lindsay claims in regards to the therapy that she did several sessions over the phone.
