Kim Kardashian lands gig in new Tyler Perry movie

kim-kardashian-instyle-australia.jpgJust two short years removed since her Razzie Nomination for her role in "Disaster Movie," reality star Kim Kardashian is getting another chance to demonstrate her acting chops.

Kardashian will co-star in the upcoming Tyler Perry movie "The Marriage Counselor" according to Deadline. The film is based on Perry's stage play of the same name.

In the movie, Kardashian will play Ava who helps the main character, Judith, with her self-confidence and relationship issues.

The film begins shooting in Atlanta on Oct. 26.

It could be worse, Kimmy could be singing.
