Kelly Ripa and Mark Consuelos name their favorite kid

Parents aren't supposed to play favorites with their kids, but don't tell that to Kelly Ripa. In an interview on the Wednesday, Oct. 26 edition of "The Rachael Ray Show," Ripa and husband Mark Consuelos not only admit that they have a favorite of their three children, they named which one."You may say 'I love all my kids the same' but you know in the event of emergency, there's one kid you'd reach for first," Kelly tells Ray.
So, who's the lucky Ripa-Consuelos spawn? None other than youngest son Joaquin. Consuelos says that the 8-year-old, along with the couple's two other children, 14-year-old Michael and 10-year-old Lola, know that Joaquin's the favorite.
"He knows it, too, and the other kids know it as well," he says. "It's very accepted. He's just nicer to us. That's what we say: he's just nicer to us."
