Jimmy Fallon, Justin Timberlake unveil 'History of Rap 3'
Justin Timberlake was a guest on "Late Night with Jimmy Fallon" Friday (Oct. 28), and Fallon opted not to go with the traditional guest intro for his good friend.
Instead, they launched directly into what the entire audience was probably hoping to see: a new "History of Rap" medley. Their third survey of hip-hop through the years runs the gamut from Run-DMC to Nicki Minaj, and it's just about as fun as Part 1 and Part 2 were.
Based on a couple viewings of the video, we think this is everything Fallon and Timberlake -- who ostensibly was there to promote his movie "In Time" -- covered in the four-plus minutes of "History of Rap 3." Let us know if we missed anything:
"King of Rock" - Run-DMC
"Mama Said Knock You Out" - LL Cool J
"Parents Just Don't Understand" - DJ Jazzy Jeff and the Fresh Prince
"Me Myself & I" - De La Soul
"Supersonic" - J.J. Fad
"Baby Got Back" - Sir Mix-a-Lot
"Bust a Move" - Young MC
"Jump Around" - House of Pain
"It Was a Good Day" - Ice Cube
"Gangsta's Paradise" - Coolio
"Killing Me Softly" - The Fugees
"Sabotage" - Beastie Boys
"I Just Wanna Love You" - Jay-Z
"Ms. Jackson" - Outkast
"Drop It Like It's Hot" - Snoop Dogg
"Stronger" - Kanye West
"Super Bass" - Nicki Minaj
"Hip Hop Hooray" - Naughty by Nature
