Jessica Simpson pregnant: 'I'm going to be a mummy'

Poor Jessica Simpson. She'd doubtless been planning this baby announcement for some time and, really, it could only work on one day: Halloween. Little did she know she and her bump would be upstaged by Kim Kardashian's divorce news. On Monday (Oct 31), Simpson posted a photo to her official website, along with the caption, "It's true -- I'm going to be a mummy!" The picture showed Simpson dressed as a lace-wrapped mummy who appears to have swallowed a basketball. The announcement ends weeks of speculation about the state of Simpson's uterus.
Daddy is fiance Eric Johnson.
"I definitely see myself having a family with him, so that's exciting to think about," Simpson told People in November 2010, shortly after Johnson proposed.
A wedding date for the pair has yet to be announced.
