'Harry Potter' actor arrested for possession of explosives

We hate to stereotype, but never trust a Slytherin. NEVER.

Jamie Waylett, the actor who portrayed Draco Malfoy sidekick Crabbe in six of the "Harry Potter" movies, has been charged with the possession of homemade explosives. According to TMZ, police believe that the 22-year-old actor had a Molotov cocktail while looting a drug store during the Aug. 8 London riots. Waylett was identified via video footage (London has plenty of that) and eventually apprehended on Sept. 20.

This is not Waylett's first tangle with British law enforcement; in 2009, Waylett was arrested on suspicion of possessing marijuana. Regarding the explosives, police issued the following statement:

"[Waylett] was charged with violent disorder, having an article with intent to destroy or damage property, receiving stolen goods and also cultivating cannabis plants.

Waylett's out on bail with a Nov. 11 court date. But we shudder to think what punishment Professor Snape will bring down.
