Frances Bean Cobain buys $1.8 million Hollywood mansion

Frances Bean Cobain, the enigmatic 19-year-old daughter of late Nirvana singer Kurt Cobain and habitual mess Courtney Love, is a first-time home owner. According to The Real Estalker, Cobain purchased a $1.8 million home in Los Angeles through a trust.

The vintage Spanish revival home is, according to the site, approximately 3,500 square feet and is possessed of four bedrooms and 3.5 baths, a ridiculously well-equipped kitchen, formal dining room, detached garage and space for outdoor entertaining -- plenty of room for mom to come visit.

Last time we checked, Frances Bean was still a student at upstate New York's Bard College, so it doesn't sound like she'll be spending much time in her new house in the near future.
