Tom Cruise's new best friend: Korean actor Jung Seok Won?

It isn't often that we get to see candid shots of Tom Cruise relaxing with his close personal friends. So when we found the above pics of Korean actor Jung Seok Won posing with Cruise, we had a feeeling it was too good to be true.

And so it is.

Jung apparently tweeted the pics along with the caption, "I met Tom Cruise in Thailand and he just kept on smiling." In one photo, Jung is covering Cruise's mouth with his hand -- which seems awfully familiar.

But it turns out the photos are bogus. Or, rather, Cruise is. Jung is posing with a life-sized wax figure of the actor that appears to be standing in a Thai mall.

Nice try, Jung.
