It's a girl for "Scary Spice" Melanie Brown. On Thursday (Sept. 1), Brown and husband Stephen Belafonte welcomed a baby daughter -- Brown's third child."Finally our baby arrives," tweeted Brown following the delivery. "Stephen nearly passed out, Phoenix screamed, I laughed so hard the baby popped out!!! She is just sooo amazing!!"

A rep for the singer confirmed the happy news to People magazine:
"This evening Melanie Brown and husband Stephen Belafonte welcomed their new baby girl in Los Angeles. This is the first child for Mel and Stephen and both mum and baby are happy, healthy and doing well."
