Rosie O'Donnell steps out with new girlfriend, Michelle Rounds

It's official -- Rosie O'Donnell is dating again. On Monday (Sept. 19), O'Donnell showed up for her annual Rosie Theater Kids Gala in New York with new girlfriend Michelle Rounds on her arm.

"They met at a Starbucks a few months ago," a source tells People magazine. "They are adorable together and are very, very happy."

Rounds is reportedly a corporate headhunter for a New York-based tech company. O'Donnell, whose new Oprah Winfrey Network talk show launches in October, has three children with ex Kelli Carpenter.
