Nick Lachey, Vanessa Minnillo buy $2.85M mansion

Nick Lachey and Vanessa Minnillo are settling into life as a married couple. On Friday (Sept. 2), Realtor.com reported that the newlyweds finalized a deal on a $2.85 million home in California's San Fernando Valley.

The 8,000-square-foot Spanish style house boasts vaulted beam ceilings, lots of stonework, eight bathrooms and "extensive balconies, patios and a pool."

Lachey, who was once married to Jessica Simpson but now hosts NBC's "The Sing Off," and Minnillo will be happy to know that the home, according to Realtor.com, also features a "state of the art" kitchen, dining area, office/den and sitting room.
