Michael Vick's head injury: Will he be out for game 3? Plus, video of the incident

michael-vick-eagles.jpgControversial Philadelphia Eagles QB Michael Vick suffered a head injury during last night's game against his former team, the Atlanta Falcons. He was forced to leave the game and the Eagles ultimately lost 35-31.

Initially believed to be suffering from a neck injury, Vick actually endured a concussion. NBC cameras caught him spitting blood as he walked to the locker room for medical attention -- it was reported that he bit his tongue as his helmet collided with his teammate Todd Herremans'.

As he lay on the ground, Falcons fans cheered -- and they booed their former star as he walked off the field, aided by training staff.

In week 3, the Eagles will face the New York Giants. It's unknown as to whether Vick will be back in play or replaced by backup quarterback Mike Kafka.
