Meet Hilaria Thomas, Alec Baldwin's 27-year-old girlfriend

Leave it to "30 Rock" star and frequent "SNL" guest host Alec Baldwin to have a girlfriend whose name invokes hilarity. Baldwin is dating 27-year-old Hilaria Thomas, a 27-year-old yoga instructor who, he tells David Letterman, he feels he's known "on a spiritual level for years."

A former competitive dancer, Thomas teaches yoga at New York's Yoga Vida studio.

According to a bio posted on Yoga Vida's website, Thomas spent her youth in both the U.S. and Spain and at the age of 13 began competitive ballroom dancing. She's got a degree from NYU and is also trained as a "somatic experiencing practitioner" -- we're not sure what that is, but it apparently makes her a better yoga instructor. The site describes her classes as a step on the way to "deeper body awarenes."

According to Page Six, Baldwin and Thomas have exchanged promise rings and on Sunday (Aug. xx) he and Thomas attended the U.S. Open together in Flushing, N.Y.

Baldwin was formerly married to fellow actor Kim Bassinger, with whom he has one daughter.
