Matthew Fox off the hook with authorities for fight, still being sued by bus driver

Some good news for "Lost" alum Matthew Fox...

After the 45-year-old actor got into an altercation with a woman outside a Cleveland bar in August, local authorities have decided not to press criminal charges.

TMZ reports a rep for the Cleveland Prosecutors office, who says, "After a review of the facts, [officials] came to the conclusion not to charge."

Heather Bormann, the 29-year-old bus driver who's accused Fox of assaulting her, is still moving forward with her own suit.

She filed civil papers Sept. 13 for assault, battery and infliction of emotional distress, saying Fox gave her "sudden and severe blows to [her] right breast, groin, arm and legs, inflicting severe, disabling injury and pain."
