Madonna in talks for signature perfume

For years Madonna fans dressed like her. They wore their bras on the outside. They wore countless bracelets. And soon, it appears, they'll be able to smell like her.

The scuttlebutt at New York's Fashion Week is the "Candy Perfume Girl" singer is in negotiations with scent maker Coty for a Madonna perfume, according to Women's Wear Daily.

If Coty is able to add Madge to their roster, this gives it a formidable list of celebrity-led scents as they already have a deal with Lady Gaga, Beyonce and Jennifer Lopez. As far as male-celebrity smells, they have David Beckham, Tim McGraw and Chelsea goalkeeper Petr Čech.

No word yet from Coty, the world's largest fragrance company, or Madonna's reps.
