Laurie Metcalf files for divorce from Matt Roth

"Roseanne" actress Laurie Metcalf has filed for divorce from husband Matt Roth.

Metcalf is best known for playing Roseanne's sister Jackie on the all-time classic sitcom. While Jackie was unlucky in love, she eventually married the character Fisher. Interestingly enough, Metcalf married the actor who played Fisher, Matt Roth. The two have been married since 1993 but, according to court papers, have been separated since 2008.

The couple have three children for which Roth is currently seeking joint custody. This is Metcalf's second marriage; her first was to Steppenwolf musician Jeff Perry.
