Julianna Margulies' Emmy gown: So what was that all about?

Julianna Margulies may be a "Good Wife" and a best actress, but she almost took home honors for worst-dressed at Sunday's (Sept. 18) Emmy Awards. (Fortunately for Julianna, Gwyneth Paltrow was on hand showing off a faux belly-pooch that made her the top fashion disaster.

But what was up with Margulies' --- who, we should add, is lovely -- total wardrobe fail? The actress wore a white Armani Prive sheath that some folks around the Zap2it offices compared to a fancy Ikea trashcan or a blinged-out upside down lampshade.

Margulies' tight schedule may actually be to blame for the fashion flub.

"I did find the dress last night at nine," Margulies told Ryan Seacrest in a red carpet interview before the show. "(It was) not good."
