Jack Osbourne engaged to Lisa Stelly, aspiring actress

It seems like just yesterday Jack Osbourne was moping around his father's multi-million dollar Beverly Hills home, bickering with sister Kelly and battling addiction. But Osbourne, now 25, is engaged to model and aspiring actress Lisa Stelly, reports Us.

Osbourne succesfully kicked an Oxycontin addiction and recently has been directing projects centering on his dad, including a music video and a documentary about the Black Sabbath frontman's life.

A friend of Stelly's tells Us Osbourne is "a great influence on her. It's just no drama. More stable."

Like that's not cryptic.

Stelly's acting credits, at least according to IMDB, include an appearance on "The Howard Stern Show" with Osbourne and a "Green Day" video.
