'Burn Notice's' David Dayan Fisher in jail for battery

david-dayan-fisher-1.jpgWhen it comes to hanging up swimming pool towels, David Dayan Fisher does not mess around.

The "Burn Notice"/"NCIS" actor allegedly struck and choked a neighbor in a dispute about whether or not some swimming pool towels had been hung up on a fence in his back yard. According to E! News, Fisher was booked on felony battery charges and remains in jail.

According to an IMDB.com bio, the British-born actor was "kicked out of school, Sunday school and cub scouts."

We're thinking this wasn't really about towels.

Why is Burn Notice the lead in the title?

This guy did ONE episode of Burn Notice.

But, he did TEN episodes of NCIS and One episode of NCIS LA

So, why not put NCIS as the lead instead of dragging Burn Notice's name through this? Very odd....

Oh, Yeah. TMZ at least has a title to make sense.

Their headline is:

'NCIS' Actor
Arrested for Felony Battery

I barely even remember the guy in the ONE episode of Burn Notice that he was in.

I would not mind if he slapped and choked me.

Sorry David...YOU'VE BEEN BURNED !!!

I'm guessing that the inclusion of "Burn Notice," in the headline was meant to draw a connection to Jeffrey Donovan's recent DUI. Weak.
