Brooke Burke takes hubby's name, now Brooke Charvet

She has two kids with him. She's married to him. And now Brooke Burke has decided to take hubby David Charvet's last name.

The newly minted Brooke Charvet will test out the new moniker when the show she co-hosts, "Dancing with the Stars," premieres Monday (Sept. 19).

The former Playboy model married the former "Baywatch" star in August.

Such is love in the modern age.
