Bradley Cooper, Jennifer Lopez do dinner; rumor mill kicks into high gear

It turns out that, no, two A-list celebrities may not eat within three feet of each other without it being assumed that they are engaged in some kind of beautiful person hook up. Such was the case when Jennifer Lopez and Bradley Cooper had dinner together on Saturday (Sept. 10) in New York.

Both stars are somewhat recently single. Lopez and husband Marc Anthony announced their split just weeks ago while Cooper's relationship with Renee Zellweger also fizzled out over the summer.

But, according to E!, rumors of a romantic entanglement are just that -- rumors. The two were reportedly discussing a possible future joint project over a friendly meal. That's it.

Though, as pointed out by E!, they would make a smoking hot couple.
