Ali Lohan didn't have plastic surgery, says modeling agency head

So it turns out Ali Lohan is just scary skinny. Or that's the only thing we can think of to explain her drastically changed face since the agency director of Next Model Management denies Lohan has undergone any plastic surgery procedures.

As we reported on Wednesday (Sept. 7), new pictures of the 17-year-old emerged on the web that showed a marked change in her facial features from earlier photographs.

"Contrary to recent reports, I can confirm that Aliana Lohan has not had any surgery," Alexis Borges told E! News.

"As a young girl who is growing up, it's natural for her facial features to change slightly, and we see this with many of the younger models we represent," continued Borges. "Aliana is a beautiful 17-year-old girl who is growing into her face and body, as is the norm for someone of her age. We take pastoral care of our models very seriously and encourage the models to maintain a healthy lifestyle and body shape."

We're not convinced that accounts for her puffed up lips and super-prominent cheekbones, but time will tell. We suggest Ali ask sister Lindsay to post some candid shots to her active Twitter account.
