Vienna Girardi's new nose revealed; Kasey Kahl supports her either way

"Bachelor Pad" may have just gotten started (complete with crazy awkwardness between Vienna Girardi, current beau Kasey Kahl and ex-fiance Jake Pavelka), but the show finished shooting weeks ago and Vienna then went under the knife to change her appearance slightly.Girardi had a nose job, performed by Los Angeles plastic surgeon Dr. Franklin Rose, father of fellow "Bachelor Pad" contestant Erica Rose. The new nose isn't a huge change, but you can definitely see a different in the before (above, right) and after (above, left) photos.
Boyfriend Kasey tells US Weekly of the nose job, "I don't think she needed it, but I am just here to support her 100 percent. If she wants to get a nose job and change something about herself to make herself feel better because she's had to deal with it in the past, you know what? I support it. I thought she was beautiful either way."
What a good boyfriend!
Girardi adds, "I love it. [The response] has been really positive, which is a great thing. But everyone could have said that they hated it and I don't care -- I did it for myself." She had previously tweeted, "I want my surgery to be looked at as positive reflection of how I feel. If it makes you feel better about yourself then DO IT. xoxo."

The before pic looked better.
Why does it look like they just stretched it downward? The tip of her nose almost touches her top lip - that's it - REFUND!
She still looks brutal...like a horse that is corss-eyed.
The "after" pic is on the LEFT, so it does look much better.

Gotta agree with Michael--the original nose looks better on her.
Her nose will be swollen for up to a year. You won't see the final result until then.
I had a nose job and after 4 months is when mine reached its full potential. The tip is where right now you can see the difference. In a few months it will look smaller between her eyes
and less bulbous.
Vienna is not a nice person and her nose one way or another won't make her any better. She should work on her personality and learn how to treat people not worry about her nose. It just shows she hasn't changed at all since she was on the Bachelor.
Casey acts like a scared little puppy dog around Vienna. He should be ashamed of himself. Vienna should become a Urologist. She sure has seen enough penises. I think she took one right in the eye and now it is crossed. Gia is the hottest on the show!
