Tina Fey, "30 Rock" star and all-around personification of awesomeness, has welcomed her second daughter with husband, composer Jeffrey Richmond. Her rep confirms to People that Fey gave birth to a healthy baby girl on Wednesday.Penelope Athena Richmond joins big sister Alice (5). Fey didn't know the baby's gender before she was born. "I'm just going to see what it chooses to wear to prom," she told Ellen DeGeneres earlier in the pregnancy.
Fey said that she and her husband struggled with the decision to have another child while she was so busy with "30 Rock," but ultimately they decided to try for a sibling for Alice. Congrats to the happy family!
