Selena Gomez performs Britney Spears medley

Is Selena Gomez trying steal Britney Spears' thunder? Probably not, but she does do quite a tribute to her idol on her "We Own The Night" tour.

Gomez performs a medley of Spears' hits from "Baby One More Time" right up to "Hold It Against Me," even mimicking some of Britney's dance moves. Noticeably absent, anything from "Blackout," though we cant say we blame her. We prefer not to see Selena pole dance a la "Gimme More." We'll just leave that to Britney... and maybe Miley.

This isn't the first time Selena has sang one of Britney's tunes. The song "Whiplash" on her recently released album, "When the Sun Goes Down," was actually co-written by Britney.
