Sean Penn's new girlfriend: Shannon Costello

It turns out Sean Penn has rebounded from a June break-up with actress Scarlett Johansson. According to People, Penn and Shannon Costello -- the former communications director of the actor's J/P Haitian Relief Organization -- have been quietly dating since July. Costello and Penn reportedly met in the fall of 2009, though she didn't start working for Penn's relief organization until 2010.
Costello, 26, previously worked on Davis Guggenheim's "Waiting for Superman" documentary and will be a producer on Ron Howard's big screen adaptation of Jon Krakauer's "Under The Banner of Heaven."
Penn, 50, was also linked to actress Garcelle Beauvais in June. He and Robin Wright divorced in 2010 after 14 years of marriage. Penn and first wife, Madonna, split in 1989.
