Oscar De La Hoya admits to drug use, suicidal thoughts

Oscar De La Hoya is no stranger to a fight, but his fight with addiction is clearly his most difficult to date.

During an interview with Spanish-language station Univision, De La Hoya admitted to contemplating suicide as an escape from his struggles with alcohol and cocaine.

"Rock bottom was recently," said the former champ. "I don't have the strength. I don't have the courage to take my own life but I was thinking about it."

De La Hoya claims to have found three-months sobriety in Alcoholic Anonymous, but his admitted drug use is harrowing to say the least. De La Hoya recounts that "my drug of choice was cocaine and alcohol...the last 2½ years I depended more in the alcohol than the cocaine...It took me to a place where I felt safe...where I can just reach out and grab my mother."

Addiction has not been De La Hoya's only struggle. The boxer and his wife separated for a time after a spat of infidelity. De La Hoya admits that "we are obviously not talking a Tiger Woods here, but I was unfaithful."

We wish The Golden Boy the best on his continued road to recovery.

Oscar admitted in the interview to the cross-dressing! What a ***!!!

Phag!!!!!!

We've been die hardfans od De La Hoyafor a very long time Not only because of his supreme boxing skills andreligious, clean cut life. This is very sad news. it seems as if there's no one who can resist the temptations of fame and fortune. We know he's capable of sincerely repenting and rebuilding his life. Oscar, cling to your religion we are praying for you. there's no excuse for your situation, however, inasmuch as you're trying to sincerily mend your ways, it's fitting to give you the benefit of the doubt; hhowever, failure or a relapse would be shameful and would reduce you to the category of other luminaries who have thrown their lives away. cling to your faith. your mother will keep you and protect you from heaven. the rest is up to you, our prayers and thoughts are with you. Arriba Corazones, campeon!

y tambien admito que es JOTO??
