New trailer, pic of Daniel Radcliffe in 'The Woman in Black'
A new teaser trailer is out for Daniel Radcliffe's newest movie "The Woman in Black," the first thing he's done on the big screen since the "Harry Potter" franchise. The movie, based on the 1983 novel by Susan Hill and subsequent 1987 (and still running) stage adaptation, tells the story of lawyer Arthur Kipps (Radcliffe) who is settling the affairs of the deceased Alice Drablow.
While at the Drablow house, Kipps discovers it is haunted by the ghost of her sister, the woman in black. Whenever her spectre is seen, a child dies. The movie also stars Janet McTeer and Liz White.
We've seen the stage production, which is the second-longest-running play in England behind Agatha Christie's "The Mousetrap." Let us tell you - it's scary. It gave us nightmares. We're very excited for this adaptation.
"The Woman in Black" opens Feb. 3, 2012 nationwide.

Looks good!
The Woman In Black looks like it'll be a GREAT scary movie! Daniel Radcliffe continues to impress me with his acting :)
Can't wait to see it! I would love to see Daniel play a different role, I bet it will be awesome!
If you can get your hands on a copy, the OOP 1989 British ITV production is one of the most quietly frightening movies I've ever seen. Right up there with The Changeling (1980 - George C. Scott) and the original The Haunting with Julie Christie.
