Kate Gosselin: Kids are 'Begging for me to get married again'

Eight is enough for Kate, at least when it comes to children. But on "Today," Kate Gosselin says the brood wants a ninth -- a husband for their famous mom.

"The kids, on a daily basis, are just begging for me to get married again. They bring it up all the time," the star of TLC's "Kate Plus 8" tells Ann Curry on Monday (August 8).

But the reality show mom admits her love life has been slow since her high profile divorce from Jon Gosselin. She explains that suitors are hard to find given the size of her family, her hectic schedule and her notoriety.

"I'm definitely ready to start dating," she says. "There are a lot of obstacles ... it's sort of daunting though, when I think about my obstacles."

As to whether her show, which begins its eighth season Aug. 8 at 9 p.m. ET, is on the chopping block, Gosselin simply says, "Nobody's told me."

Curry wondered if the prolific mother would be willing to continue the show through her children's teenage years. Gosselin jokingly suggested that a house full to teens might be too much for her.

"I might be dead by then," she says. "Gosh, teenagers. I don't even want to talk about it."
