Kat Von D and Jesse James reunite in wake of 'L.A. Ink' cancellation

Wow. Maybe there is hope for true love in this universe after all.

Kat Von D's TLC show, "LA Ink," was axed by the network yesterday, but luckily, the tattoo artist and entrepreneur doesn't have to handle the ego blow alone. Jesse James, her former fiance, is once again her current fiance.

Yes, these two crazy kids are back together! They called off their engagement last month, but as TLC announced the cancellation, Von D and James posted Twitter photos of themselves embracing. James wrote, "Para siempre!" as a caption for his photo.

He confirms the reunion to People, noting that not only are they dating again, but the engagement is back on and Von D is wearing her ring. "Sometimes you are only given one chance in life," he says. "It was up to me to open my eyes and see it. That girl is my chance. I will never stop fighting and striving to hold on to her. Showing her how special she is, and how much I love her."
