Recently "View" co-host Joy Behar talked about running into Jennifer Hudson while out shopping:"I was in a store shopping, looking for a dress and I suddenly say 'Oh theres somebody I know' and it was Jennifer Hudson and she was shopping and she said 'I know you' ... and then I heard the sales girl say to her 'You're a size 0' and I said to Jennifer 'How does that feel?' and she said 'I feel like they're talking to someone else.'"
But Behar's eye-witness account notwithstanding, some are doubting that the former "American Idol" contestant turned successful singer/actress is actually that small.
"I guess Joy's never heard of vanity sizing," writes a blogger at Fashion Bomb Daily. "Jennifer Hudson looks great, but size 0? Probably inaccurate."
"I'm clocking in at around 110 and I'm no size 0," comments blogger Necole Bitchie.
In February, Hudson stopped by "The Oprah Winfrey Show" to talk about her 80-pound weight loss. She credits Weight Watchers and hard work for her slimmed down physique.
"I've cooked all my meals at home, when I work out I do what I like to do, I don't believe in overdoing myself," said Hudson. "It's all about self motivation because at the end of the day you can have all the money and all the personal trainers in the world, but if you don't have that mindset it's not possible... You have to do it for yourself."

I agree that it's irrelevant. She looks terrific and obviously feels terrific so that's what counts.
Was beautiful before and is beautiful now. Hopefully she wont lose more though
I think she looks great and she obviously feels great. She's worked hard to get the shape she has now. Truly, who cares what size that is--it's just a number--Although I think it's a really small number! ;-)
Let's get to the REAL news here... who is Necole Bitchie? Did she marry into that name or was she just born Bitchie?
She looks great, but I know folks who ARE a size 0, and she is no size 0.
I think she looks great, but not a size 0. Not that it's a bad thing! I don't think she would look healthy at that size. I'm 114lbs and I'm a size 3... 0s are TINY. I don't think she has the build to pull that off healthily. But again, she looks awesome and I'm glad she feels good!!
She is not a size 0! If she is, her family needs to do an intervention. I believe she is a size 6 or 8. I saw her here in Chicago and she does not look anorexic
She looks a size 6 or so. Size 0 only if vanity sizing in a stretchy dress. But anyway she looks nice at this size and shouldn't be trying to get any smaller, she doesn't need to be a size 0, wouldn't even look right.
I love Jennifer Hudson but I'm pretty disapointed about this. Alot people were inspired by her weight loss. It made people believe that they can achieve that too. But to lie and say shes a size 0 when shes not is an unrealistic size for alot of woman to acheive. It goes back to Hollywood making women feel too fat all the time and the skinnier the better.
She has lost a lot of weight and she is pretty but no, she is not a size 0. At 111 pounds I was never a size 0. Sizing has changed over the past 40 years. What was once a 2 or 4 or 6 is now a zero depending on the designer, the store you shop in, and the amount of money you are willing to pay for the garment.
