Hilary Duff not dead; singer targeted by celebrity death hoax site

We're getting tired of this. A certain site, which we won't name because they're lame and don't deserve the attention, has been terrifying fans for years by falsely reporting the deaths of favorite celebrities.

The latest victim of these death hoaxes is former Disney starlet Hilary Duff. Fans on Twitter were sent into a panic over the weekend when a site reported that Duff died by falling from the Kauri Cliffs at a luxury golf resort in New Zealand.

The site has previously reported that Christian Slater and Will Smith also died on the cliffs. Apparently, they have special reincarnation powers, as Duff, Slater, and Smith are all alive and well.

Duff attended a jewelry launch on Wednesday night, and she looked darn good for a zombie.
