Henry Cavill wears Superman suit, but you have to use your imagination

"Man of Steel" star Henry Cavill has worn The Suit, Superman fans, and he liked it. The British actor, who will be portraying Clark Kent in the upcoming Zack Snyder film, tells TotalFilm that he got a little giggly when he donned the red and blue.

Okay, so those weren't his words exactly.

"They just put it on, I turned around and look in the mirror and you can't really play it cool - you sort of guffaw and laugh. I thought 'OK, holy hell, this is real, it's not a joke anymore.' This is it...you're doing it, you're right in the middle of it," he says.

As is to be expected, he's not sharing photos of the suit -- or plot details. He does promise that he's "being as true as I can be to the original character and who the character is," though.

If you're itching for a photo, though, a few set pics of Cavill as Clark Kent -- forehead curl and all -- have made their way online, as seen in the inset above. It's working for us.

"I'm on 5000 calories a day... You've got to eat protein first, then a little bit of carbs...you've gotta keep your hunger levels going. I'm training two and a half hours a day, pushing my body beyond its normal limits, putting on a lot of muscle mass and just making myself look like Superman," Cavill says.
