Dean Sheremet, LeAnn Rimes' ex, marries Sarah Silver

Looks like everything worked out in the end!

LeAnn Rimes' ex-husband Dean Sheremet, who she left for her current hubby Eddie Cibrian, has tied the knot with photographer Sarah Silver.

It was no elaborate event -- Sheremet and Silver tied the knot at a city clerk's office. She wore a red, one-shoulder cocktail dress and he wore a grey suit with no tie. Sheremet posted video of their exit as husband and wife on his tumblr (yep, he's got a tumblr!) with the note, "Happy happy day."

The video is quite romantic... until the friend behind the camera sneezes just as Sheremet and Silver share a kiss. Oh well, can't win 'em all!
