Carrie Fisher down 50 pounds; ready to bust out Leia bikini
The hordes of Comic-Con copycats have spoken: we want Slave Leia! Never fear, nerds -- Carrie Fisher has been listening. Fisher appeared on Wednesday, Aug. 24th on NBC's "Today" to flaunt her newly svelte figure (brought to you by Jenny Craig).
Down 50 pounds from her heaviest, Fisher promised to breakout a "homestyle metal bikini" and "walk around the house like an idiot." Until "Star Wars" is released on Blu-Ray, this is the best we're gonna get.
Perhaps Fisher is sweating off the pounds as she awaits this year's Emmy ceremony. Fisher's HBO special "Wishful Drinking" is up for two awards.

I don't like Carrie fishers nasty red hair color. She is too old for it. She should really lose another 25 pounds before bragging about letting herself go.
Carrie is exceptionally smart and talented. Although being overweight isn't good, it's also not healthy to be obsessed with appearances like Madonna and many other celebs seem to be.
The person that comment about Carrie Fisher's hair color needs to live in 2011, not the 50's. There is nothing wrong with an older woman wanting to color her hair. I'm so sick of people always talking about older woman when they want to be in fashion. They are older ok, not dead. Just because they are older, they are just suppose to be old and boring? Thanks dumb!! They should still have fun and be fashionable. People in society needs to just stop putting older woman down and let them live the rest of their live.
