On Sunday (Aug. 7), Arnold Schwarzenegger stepped out in Santa Monica, Calif., for a bike ride. And, oddly enough, the former "Terminator's" bike shorts weren't the most shocking thing about his outfit. Instead, it was a t-shirt emblazoned with the message "I SURVIVED MARIA."The shirt refers to Schwarzenegger's soon-to-be-ex wife Maria Shriver. The couple split in May after 25 years of marriage when news broke that Schwarzenegger had fathered a child with the family's long-time housekeeper.
According to TMZ, the shirts were actually created by Maria's staff as a joke when Arnold left the California governor's office in 2010. Except, on Arnold's shirt, the 2007 has been crossed out and 1977 subbed in with marker to, we assume in a reference to the year he and Shriver met. They married in 1986.
Way to stay classy, Arnold.

Maybe Maria was a total *****... affairs aren't black and white, you know. After 25 years of marriage, I'm sure they've seen the worst sides of each other. It's unfortunate because even if Maria was the neediest, bitchiest, craziest, and most nagging wife in the world, all that means squat in the eyes of the public because Arnold had an affair, making her 100% blame free for the marriage failing. There's a reason why divorce rates are so high in this country and I can assure you, they're not all because the husband cheats.
@Andy you make a valid point that there are two sides to every issue and we don't know about Maria's behavior during the marriage, but the point still stands that you don't see her walking around in public wearing a t-shirt slamming her ex-husband.
