Are Lady Gaga and Ralph Macchio twins?

Lady Gaga's alter ego, Jo Calderone, appears to have a fan in "Karate Kid" Ralph Macchio, but not for the reason you might think.The actor took to Twitter Monday (Aug. 29) to post his own version of "Twins Separated at Birth" -- he, in his look from the 1983 film "The Outsiders" look and Gaga/Calderone from Sunday's VMAs. The similarities are eerie.
But this go us thinking, who else does Jo Calderone look like? Here's our list. Feel free to add thoughts.

Why would you add Adam Lambert to this? He is far to pretty to be lumped in with this look. She looks horrible.
I still can't decide if she's uglier as a man or a woman??.....
