Sneak Peek: Nick Lachey and Vanessa Minnillo's wedding

Lucky for us, the wedding of the summer was captured for posterity by TLC's cameras.

We're referring, of course, to the July 15 wedding of Jessica Simpson ex Nick Lachey and Vanessa Minnillo, the chick who dates Jessica SImpson's ex. The footage, now undergoing an edit, will air as a special titled "Nick & Vanessa's Dream Wedding" on the wedding happy network on July 30.

On Tuesday (July 19), the cable network released a sneak peek at the footage. Watch as Nick and Vanessa talk about their courtship (she told him to call her agent) and go through their own version of "Say Yes to the Dress" and "Bridesmaids."

Nick, being a stand-up kind of guy, tells us in voice-over that he wanted Vanessa to have the wedding of her dreams. Dude, it's a TV special -- what could be dreamier than that?

This is not Lachey's first reality TV outing. He was one half of the MTV reality show "Newlyweds: Nick & Jessica" from 2003-2005.
