Nancy Grace on Casey Anthony verdict: 'The devil is dancing'

It was Nancy Grace who did more than anyone to make the Casey Anthony trial a national story, and on Tuesday (July 5) when the verdict didn't go her way, it was Nancy Grace who got one more shot in at the woman she derisively calls "Tot Mom."Anthony was found innocent Tuesday of murdering her 2-year-old daughter, Caylee; jurors sided with the defense argument that Caylee had accidentally drowned and Casey, in a panic, buried the girl in the woods near her Orlando, Fla., home. Grace has been saying for the better part of three years that Casey Anthony is guilty, however, and had her own spin on the verdict.
We have two clips of her reaction to the verdict as broadcast on HLN, where her nightly show airs. In the first (courtesy of Mediaite), she says she "cannot believe" the verdict and tries to imagine what the prosecutors on the case must be thinking
"They gave it their all; they gave it 200 percent," she says. "They gave scientific evidence like none ever seen in the country before, behavioral evidence that knocked everybody off of their seat. But in the end, Tot Mom's lies seemed to have worked."
In the second clip, she discusses (imagines?) the defense team having a "Champagne toast" at a bar to celebrate Anthony's acquittal, and after a platitude about respecting the system of being judged by a jury of one's peers, adds that "the devil is dancing." In both clips, she ghoulishly recounts some of the more upsetting details of the case.

I hope all of this means the demise of the dragonlady. Nancy has been around tooooo long.
I find Nancy Grace to be a poor representation of a journalist and should not be given a platform as she currently has to express such strong opinions. She fails to be respectful of other opinions. I miss "relatively" unbiased media.
I think Nancy Grace is a loud, unfunny joke. She's bitter because her meal ticket is gone and now she'll have to create a new controversy to freak out over.
The fact is that the prosecution didn't have any reliable evidence. The defense team was a shambles, if there was any thing to the case the defense would have lost.
If there is any justice Casey Anthony will sue Nancy Grace for slander and libel.
I just have to add that she was not found "innocent" and the jurors did not "side with the defense argument that Caylee had accidentally drowned and Casey, in a panic, buried the girl in the woods."
There is a BIG difference between INNOCENT and NOT GUILY. In addition, the jury is saying that the prosecution did not prove their case because it is the prosecution' burden, not the defense to prove their story.
Nancy Grace is a former prosecutor who decides on people's quilt before they've had their day in court. In my opinion, she is a sensationalist pig and I wish she would go off the air. I have tried to call in to her show, but it's impossible to reach her. She has her own agenda and you better buy into it or "the devil will be dancing".
It's hard to believe that she WAS an attorney.
Per Bill Maher: New Rule, Nancy Grace has to prove she was somewhere else the day of the murder. Any murder. I’m not saying she did it, I’m just saying, who’s always around and clearly capable of cold-blooded murder without remorse? I think most Americans are relieved to see Nancy Grace on TV, because it means she’s not hiding in the backseat of our car with piano wire and those cold black eyes.
Now Casey and her legal team need to come after you and all other media for having her convicted before the trial. Your meal ticket is gone!!!!!!!

Please don't call Nancy Disgrace a journalist. She has never been a journalist.
