Kristen Stewart's 'Snow White and the Huntsman' part of planned trilogy
We have to admit, after the "Twilight" phenomenon make Kristen Stewart a paparazzi target, we didn't think she'd ever agree to participate in a franchise again! It turns out that her newest project, "Snow White and The Huntsman" is actually part of a planned trilogy.Stewart stars opposite Chris Hemsworth in an impressive cast that includes Charlize Theron as the wicked queen. There has been plenty of buzz around the movie -- mostly involving the fact that another "Snow White" movie, starring Lily Collins and Armie Hammer, is currently in production.
"Huntsman" producer Joe Roth tells EW that his project will stand out because it's part of a bigger picture. "It's meant to be the first in a series of films," he says. "This story will end, but there will be questions remaining for these three characters." EW says Roth's take is reminiscent of "Lord of the Rings."
In this trilogy, Stewart's Snow White won't be the character we've come to know from the Disney incarnation. Roth says Stewart has "piss and vinegar" in her in this role. "She starts out not a damsel in distress, but innocent, and after 11 years of imprisonment by the Evil Queen, she escapes and learns the ways of a warrior in the woods," he explains.

HOLY ****. THAT SOUNDS HORRIBLE. I have no words to describe how lame that is. And to have Stewart as the warrior. Oh my goodness. It's so bad it's funny. NO, REALLY. I WOULD HAVE TO FIRE WHOEVER WAS RESPONSIBLE.
God. As if one movie with her in it isn't enough to bore you, there always have to be sequels.
SO EXCITED FOR THIS FILM!!
I guess I'll have to wait and see the final product, but frankly this sounds awful. Snow White learning the way of the warrior? Wtf?
It doesn't help that Kristen Stewart isn't a strong enough actress to carry a movie by herself (proof lies in Welcome to the Riley's, and Runaways). I'm pretty sure she will get better in time, as it stands this movie is probably going to flop. Please, no comparisons to Lord of the Rings.
shame on you for even dragging "lord of the rings"... stuart's acting is not even 1/8 of how the actors of LOTR... puh-lease...we've already have enough of her...
KStew as Snow White? Next they will have LiLo playing a nun.
