Kim Kardashian plans to sue Old Navy for using look-alike

Kim Kardashian allegedly plans to sue Old Navy for a recent ad campaign that featured Melissa Molinaro, an aspiring model/actress who bears a striking resemblance to Kardashian.Kim K. is upset, according to TMZ, that the company not only used a model that looked like her, but has supposedly mounted a Twitter campaign about the look-alike.
"@CBSNEWS reports that Old Navy's Super CUTE star looks like @kimkardashian. #LOL. What do you think?," read one Old Navy Tweet cited by TMZ.
The ad, we have to admit, also kind of implies that Molinaro is Kardashian -- or a fictionalized woman who dresses just like Kim K. and is hounded by the paparazzi.
Back in June, TMZ also claimed that Molinaro was dating Kardashian's ex-boyfriend, Reggie Bush.
