James McAvoy, Rosario Dawson, Vincent Cassel all set to join Danny Boyle's 'Trance'
Danny Boyle, the Oscar-winning director behind "Slumdog Millionaire," "Trainspotting" and "127 Hours" will next tackle an edgy crime thriller about an art heist gone awry, and according to Deadline, he's found his three leads. Rosario Dawson will reportedly join James McAvoy ("X-Men: First Class") and Vincent Cassel ("Black Swan") when "Trance" begins production in September.
The 32-year-old actress will play a woman who develops an usual relationship with the both inside man on the heist (McAvoy) and the accomplice he ends up defying (Cassel).
Neither of the three are a lock for the film, but Deadline claims they're in negotiations.
Don't get too excited, though. Just because "Trance" shoots this fall doesn't mean it's coming out any time soon. Boyle, who will direct the opening ceremonies of the 2012 London Olympics, won't start cutting the film until his Olympic duties are over, giving the film an anticipated March 2013 release date.
