'Grey's Anatomy' star Sarah Drew and husband Peter Lanfer expecting first child

No big deal, right?
Well, as fans of the show will tell you, Drew plays Dr. April Kepner who was recently promoted to chief resident. Oh yeah and she's a virgin.
Drew was just made a series regular in June, so writing her off the show isn't likely to happen. They could put her character on bed rest like they did when Ellen Pompeo got pregnant, but with Dr. Kepner's new leadership role, we're gonna rule that out as well.
According to People, Drew is due in January. This will be the first child for the actress and her husband, Peter Lanfer.
So, will they write the pregnancy into the show? Or will she just be carrying lots of boxes this season?

There was only one Immaculate Conception and that has nothing to do with virgin birth. Please writers do some research - you are all making the same mistake.
I agree-the Immaculate Conception was the Virgin Mary being born without sin--nothing to do with being a virgin.
