Demi Lovato: 'Skyscraper' video's angry, emotional and very personal debut
Demi Lovato works fast.
The former Disney star, who left her series "Sonny With a Chance" to inpatient program to work out personal issues at the end of 2010, already has a new single, "Skyscraper."
It hit iTunes on July 13, and immediately topped the the chart. That same day, the video for the tune premiered, and it's about as personal as they come.
With lyrics like "do you have to, make me feel like there is nothing left of me?" and "would it make you, feel better to watch me while I bleed?" a happy clip was probably out of the question -- but few probably expected the close-ups on her tear face and shots of her walking barefoot over a trail of bloody, broken glass.
So do you dig Demi's new video? Watch it, and let us know.

I really like the song, the video is a bit sparce but its a good start for her to come back with! very personal, which is what gets us hooked!
Sad how this druggy cutter pig thinks she is at the sane level as other young singers who are more talented and prettier and slimmer than her. She is just not as good as britney beyonce Katy Madonna and jlo.
Now that's how you progress from Disney star to adult-contemporary artist...
I absolutely adore Demi Lovato and her newest song Skyscraper. I feel like I relate to her more than anyone right now.. Very inspiring and you are always loved in my heart Demi.(:
