David Arquette spotted out with Christina McLarty, Joe Francis' ex-wife

David Arquette and Courteney Cox have been separated since Oct. 2010 -- though after an initial string of wild nights on the town, Arquette hasn't been linked to another woman since he checked into rehab in January.

Well maybe that's changed. Last week in San Diego, People reports Arquette was spotted at Comic-Con's Camp Playboy event with Christina McLarty.

"And who might that be?" you ask. She's the ex-wife of "Girls" Gone Wild" founder Joe Francis.

There's no sure sign of romance, but a fellow party-goer says Arquette and McLarty did "dance the night away together." The next night they also attended the Entertainment Weekly party together, where Arquette posed for photos on the red carpet but McLarty did not.

This is definitely a snag for those of us still shipping Gale Weathers and Deputy Dewey.
