Daniel Baldwin's wife Joanne Baldwin gets jail time for probation violation

Daniel Baldwin, of the acting Baldwin brothers, last week called the police on his estranged wife Joanne after she allegedly made death threats against him while drunk. He also claims Joanne has become physically violent with him in the past and even once pulled a knife.Now TMZ is reporting that Joanne, who is on probation for a DUI, will serve 10 days in jail for drinking alcohol while on probation. When cops observed that she was drunk when Daniel called the police, that became a parole violation. However, Joanne is getting credit for time served, so she'll be released Friday (July 22).
The judge has ordered her to wear a SCRAM bracelet indefinitely. SCRAM bracelets (or Secure Continuous Remote Alcohol Monitors) have recently been in the news because it's what starlet Lindsay Lohan has had to wear during her probation as well.
